First initial planning meeting

I've had communication with Carol Cooke, the ED of Isle of Wight exchange. 
The dates will be: October 25/26 2006 to November 1/2 (one week).  They go to Salt Lake City the week before and those dates are also confirmed.  There will be 25 ambassadors.
