Cost: usual fee is $250 but they will lead the evening for FFLA for $100. Have check prepared to present to them. If extra money is collected at the door we might offer them an extra $50 to $100.

Speakers and amplifiers may be needed. Frances Sotcher obtained these from Skandia which is probably a personal contact. She is no longer a member of FFLA.

Rental cost is $50 for a non-profit.
This site holds 75 people. There are 3 long tables, and some 50 chairs available.
Site located at Rhoda & Virginia Ave, Culver City.

Directions to Site: Near 405 and 10 Freeways;

From Fwy 405, Exit Jefferson, E to Overland, L or N to Virginia (signal), L or W to park. From Fwy 10, Exit Overland, S (2mi) to Virginia (signal), R or W to park.

Rental payment is made by check to Culver City Park and Recreation. Park & Rec office is located on Overland Blvd, behind the Veterans Auditorium.

PUBLICITY: Prepare flyer to invite all FFLA members to attend the dance. Distribute at FFLA General meetings. Charge $5.00 (or $8.00) per person (except for home hosts)

COMMITTEES NEEDED:
* Refreshments: including paper goods and drinks;
* Registration: to sign people in, collect money (using list of everyone who pre-paid).
* Set-up committee: to set up tables and refreshments and sweep floor before event.
* Clean-up committee: for afterwards.
