When making reservations for the Getty Center, they should recognize our organization, but they will probably ask for your non-profit number. It is confidential. It can be found in the resource box or ask Exchange Director. Lately, we have not had to furnish copies of the IRS letter identifying us as a 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization.

If you want a guided tour, you should request it at the time you make the reservation. Note that foreign speakers often do not appreciate guided tours, even if there is an interpreter.

When you receive the confirmation letter, make as many copies of it as you have car reservations and give the copies to the drivers. They will not have to pay the parking fee.

The reservation will be for a set hour and you are expected to arrive during the hour beginning at the reservation time.
