FFLA June Club Event - Sunday, June 2, 2024

This event takes the place of the June 3 at 3.

FFLA members and friends will join with other groups who, like FFI, believe that friendship and dialogue are the keys to world peace. 

You are invited to walk with us at the Institute for Religious Peace and Justice's (IRTPJ) 9th annual interfaith march, on Sunday, June 2nd.

The walk begins at 1:00 pm from St. Basil's Catholic Church,  3611 Wilshire Blvd., LA 90005. A large parking lot is adjacent. We'll meet at the base of the church's front steps.

The walk is one mile long, with two stops along the way, where we'll pause to hear remarks from various speakers.

The walk ends at the Islamic Center of Southern California (ICSC), 434 Vermont Ave., LA 90020. Water and refreshments will be offered as well as a panel discussion on Israel and Gaza.

The mission of IRTPJ is to promote religious tolerance, interfaith dialogue and education about religions of the world as a pathway to world peace.
